Dr. Deborah Allen

Dr. Deborah Allen is the author of 43 books, a 69X best-selling and 33X international best-selling author, ambassador, speaker, certified life coach, cleric, and CEO/founder of The Fierce System. Trained by legendary motivational speaker Les Brown, she empowers others to discover and develop their “fierce voice” through mentorship, strategy, and purpose-driven leadership.

For over 25 years, she has served as Pastor of Lighthouse Apostolic Ministries of God Church, Executive Director of L.A.M. Ministries, Inc., Visionary of “BECOME HER TO BE HER”, and Lead Ambassador for International Missions with the PAW Organization. In 2022, she was ordained Bishop and affirmed Apostle. A dynamic leader, she also heads Igniting The Flame Publishing, Coaching & Consulting Group LLC, and Deborah Allen Enterprise, with platforms including Fierce TV, Radio, and Voices Program.

Dr. Allen holds a Ph.D. in Christian Leadership & Business (2022) and a Doctor of Letters (2024).
